Most believe Empress Sy'Rai to be a High Elf or a Sidhe. She is in fact fay, but wont say what line. Even her husband, Emperor Phet doesn't know for sure. Sy'Rai, has on occasion, turned into a dragon. Nobody knows why, how, what triggers it, or if fae are even capable of doing such things. Is she even fae? Her personality suggests something darker. Her mannerisms suggest nobility. If you have the honor of meeting her, you can perhaps decide in your own mind what you think she may, or may not be.
